Tale of Svaneti

Svaneti is one of the most impressive, remote, inaccessible and beautiful regions of Georgia (Sakartvelo). The inaccessibility of the region resulted in the preservation of a unique culture in Svaneti - which led to the fact that the conqueror's foot had never stepped onto the territory of Georgia east of Mestia. Even now it is not easy to “step” there, even with peaceful intentions. But the quantity and quality of impressions surpasses!
Once in Svaneti, guests get all the exoticism of Georgia in a concentrated form: picturesque mountains, harsh towers, beautiful legends and legends, kubdari, tashmijabi, marvelous honey, severe laconic svans, so different in their mentality and behavior on the plains inhabitants.

the tour includes: a trip to the unsurpassed beauty of Sakartvelo region called Svaneti! The journey begins in Tbilisi at 7:00 in the morning. on the way we will stop in one of the most beautiful cities of Georgia - Zestaponi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi and drive to Mestia City.
Day 1: Travel from Tbilisi with stops in Kutaisi, Sataplia, and Prometheus Cave. then we go to the guesthouse of Pardzhiani in the town of Latali (5 km from Mestia) where we will have dinner.
Day 2: The morning begins with a walk to the Chalaadi Glacier (5km), we will also stop at the Mestia Museum of the City (if you wish, add more museums) and climb the cable car to Mount Hatsvali. after which we return to the guesthouse and walk along the town and place, if desired.
Day 3: A trip to one of the highest mountain villages in Europe - Ushguli. where an inexpressible walk awaits us in one of the most beautiful cities in the world that has stopped in time.
Day 4: we return to Tbilisi: on the road we will stop at the dam on the Enguri River (the highest dam at the time of construction and one of the highest dams in the world), the museum of the Dadiani princes in the city of Zigdidi and the canyon Martvili or Okan canyen.
the excursion does NOT include: a stop at the hotel (50 GEL - price per person including breakfast and dinner), tickets (museums, sights), lunch and drinks / snacks while traveling.
if there are any changes during travel, it is welcome if it does not affect the time and desire of the group, but this can lead to a rise in price of the excursion.
The excursion includes: guide / driver, transportation, fuel, overnight stay and meals for the driver.
