The studio apartment has the following features: - A very quiet and sunny room with balcony on the yard side - A double-bed with new and comfortable mattress - A pull-out 2 Sofas for the 3rd and 4th guests or the kid (may be even a couple could manage to sleep on it..) - Folding table - Central Heating - Winter/Summer Air Conditioner - Cold/Hot water 24/7 - washing machine - refrigerator - Toaster - New Kettles and necessary kitchen utensils - Vacuum cleaner - Hairdryer - Iron - Fresh towels and linen provided - Unlimited Wifi available 24/7 TV – with a international channels.

Guest interaction

I can meet guests in the airport and take them to the apartment in case of necessity. Show them the sightseeing of Tbilisi and organize tours around Georgia with own mini van.

Getting around

An apartment is in the center of Tbilisi. The guests can use metro, which is 10 min walk from place or local transports and taxi, which is very easy to access.

Other things to note

Guest access You'll have access to the entire flat with all the tools, books and things you need to have a great stay and what makes you feel you are home. There is also a balcony, where you can hang out if you wish. Maximum 4 guests can be hosted!
